♥ Terms & Conditions ♥

Please read this in its entirety and carefully.
By requesting a commission, you have read and agreed to the Term & Conditions.
Any commissioner engaging in such acts that violates my T&C will IMMEDIATELY be blacklisted and all rights/usages/licenses will be revoked.

♥ Overview ♥• These terms and conditions are subject to updates and changes without warning. Please be sure to review this page per commission request.
• Listed prices may be subject to change depending on situation and/or demand. Please be sure to review my pricing page per commission request.
• Additional charges may apply to a commission depending on the complexity of the design.
• All commissions are digitally created. Physical products/prints options are not available.
• Commissioners retain all rights/ownership to their character(s). I retain all rights (to promote, publish, display, etc.)/ownership of all commissioned artworks. DO NOT claim my artwork as your own!
• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
• Commissions are subject to be posted on my social media and/or portfolio. Commissioner can request for their commission to be private.
• There is a one commission request per one-month cooldown period (and when slots are available) for commissioners. This is enforced whether the commission request is approved or denied.
• All personal use artworks will include a watermark. DO NOT remove it.
• Credits and/or tags are required and appreciated for usage of my artwork.
• I only draw in my own art style. (Note: As I continue to improve my art, my style may be subject to change and evolve☺.)
▪ Tips are optional, but always appreciated! If you wish to do so, Ko-fi only please (and thank you! ♥ ♥).
• I do not accept deadlines and please do not try to rush me to finish your commission.
• I have the right to refuse any commission that violates my T&C, seems dubious, appears unlawful, and/or down right makes me uncomfortable.
_•Racist/homophobic/hateful/offensive behaviors from requests and/or comments WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Engaging in such behaviors with me will result in being blacklisted and/or commission canceled/denied._

♥ Usage ♥• Prices listed are for non-commercial use.
• Commissioners are allowed to use their commission for personal use (prints, stickers, etc.) but for non-profit use ONLY unless a commercial license has been purchased.
• Commissioners who purchase a Small Commercial License from me are permitted monetization with their commission on tangible items up to 850 end-products for sale.
• If a commissioner needs an Extended Commercial License, and their commission request is approved, we will discuss end-product amount and fees.
• If a commissioner purchased art from me in the past and would like to use it for commercial purposes, please contact me to discuss commercial usage and fees.
• Commissions are NOT to be used for racist, homophobic, hateful, and offensive behaviors!
• You are NOT ALLOWED to redistribute, change, modify, edit, and/or turn into a 'base' commissioned artwork without my expressed permission.
• My art is NOT to be sold/traded/made as NFTs, through any form of Cryptocurrency, any blockchain purposes, or AI learning of ANY kind.

♥ Payment ♥• Currency accepted is USD and is accepted through Ko-fi or Stripe.

• Prices set are non-negotiable. Please do not attempt to haggle with me about it.
• Sending me payment before being approved to be on the waiting list or before the commission sketch approval WILL NOT increase a commissioner's chance for commission request approval or reduce the overall price of the commission. It will be considered a tip and IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!
• Payment will be requested once the commission sketch is approved and must be paid in full before I continue work on the commission.
• A small commercial license fee is the total commission cost +350%.

♥ Refund/Cancellation Policy ♥• Commissioners can cancel their commission any time BEFORE payment has been sent.
• No Refunds unless due to health or any other personal reasons that I am dealing with, I am unable to finish the commission. In which case, the commissioner will be notified and refunded accordingly.
• Finished commissions are non-refundable. All sales are final.

♥ Process ♥• Commissioners must fill out the Commission Request form. I will ONLY except commission requests through the Commission Request form.
• Any email or DM received with commission information that was not requested by me, will be ignored. Questions, comments, and/or concerns about submitted/submitting a commission or dealing with the commission form itself is fine and feel free to contact me ♥!
• Please be aware that submitting a form does not guarantee you a slot.
• When a commission request is approved, the commissioner will be notified to confirm if they still want to proceed with their commission.
• Once commissioner confirms proceeding with their commission, the commission will be entered into the 'sketch' queue for execution. Two revisions for the commission sketch are free. If more revisions are requested, base price per revision will be $8 moving forward and will increase due to how big the changes that are wanted.
◦ Changes are FINAL after the commission sketch is approved by the commissioner. No more revisions are accepted after this stage.
• Turnaround time will range from weeks to couple months. I will notify the commissioner if there are any issues with the commission or commission progress.
◦ Commissioners can visit my Art Commission Status page on Trello to track their commission progress.
▪ Commissions are worked on based on when requests are accepted, sketches are approved, or payments have been received.
^{(Example: If a commissioner gives approval on a sketch before another commissioner who has not given an approval for their sketch yet, then the approved commission will be moved ahead of the unapproved one in queue)}
• Finished Commissions will be sent in their full resolution (300dpi | PNG) along with a smaller version in JPEG for posting via Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Purchased Icons and Banners will be in JPEG.
